- Made-to-Order Products
All bakery treats ordered to Vinaya Bakes are custom-made to order. Once an order is confirmed, production and procurement commence immediately. As such, our products are prepared specifically for each individual order and are not held as stock items. - No Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our bakery treats, all sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, refunds are not available. By confirming your order, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances. - No Returns
Our bakery treats are perishable food items. Accordingly, returns or exchanges after delivery are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before confirming, as the perishable nature of our products precludes any possibility of return. - Pickup Policy
Orders must be collected during the agreed appointment date and time. Failure to pick up your bakery treats within the scheduled timeframe will be deemed a forfeiture of the product’s shelf life, and Vinaya Bakes shall not be liable for any resulting loss or spoilage. - Acceptance of Terms
