2. Is your baking a HDB or a Condo based?
We are operating from Condo
3. Are your products halal safe?
We do not use pork, lard, alcohol, beef, or gelatin in our baked goods, which makes them suitable for consumption.
4. Do you accept last minute orders?
Yes, we do. Last-minute orders require a minimum of 3 hours' advance notice. However, they come with an extra fee. We are still subject to ingredient availability.
5. How early do I need to place an order?
Kindly order 48 hours in advance.
6. What about customized cake?
You can chat with us in WhatsApp for customization.
7. Do you have special dietary products and for allergy requirements?
Most of our baked treats are prepared with care for less sugar. We do not offer gluten or vegan-based products. Our bakes will come in contact with nuts, lactose, gluten, eggs, dairy, and flavorings. Please inform us of any allergies before placing an order.
8. Do you do delivery of your baked treats?
We do not offer delivery; it's only SELF PICK.
10. Do I need to make full payment while placing the order?
Yes, full payment is needed, which can be done via Pay Now to mobile. Once the payment is made, we cannot refund or cancel the order.
